Here's CIBC's - they really like PMZ with a target rate of $19. Great analysis. This tends to snap back to $15.50 very quickly....like in a matter of 2-3 weeks. Just a matter of time before the next REIT rally comes....long overdue (damn US regionals are denting everyone)
