Monetization of land
They could sell off their excess land like dufferin parking lot to residential developers for hundreds of millions. That effectively could do a SIB or acquire another mall that will increase FFO substantially. Once the economic climate favorable to REITS and strong economy comes back, with the NCIB reducing the float every year, this wil rocket to $18+ in no time.
