Disbrow, the CEO, constantly manipulates the share price
look at the insider activity, you ll see that Disbrow acts as a daytrader trying to make few cents out of each of his trades on an almost daily basis. Without him gaming the SP, the stock would be much higher. To me, this looks like as total manipulation of the SP by mgt. .

Disbrow is the market maker for Pine Cliff Energy . Without Disbrow there would be very little activity on this junior train wreck .

agreed. he is the market maker. But this is not normal. The SP should be decided by the market, not by one insider alone. His regular, almost daily, transactions alone are disproportionate versus the whole market for this company. You certainly cant say this is normal CEO behavior.

Disbrow is not the CEO. He also is not an executive or employee of PNE. Nor does he sit on the BOD. He is deemed to be an insider due to the fact that he owns more than 44,000,000 shares which is well over 10% of the company.

And .... with a mid 6 figure salary the CEO should be buying everyday ! He is not ! In fact there is minimal insider buying . Explain that

look at previous posts. I admitted making a mistake on Disbrow. But Disbrow still disturb the trading on PNE by bening a major seller in the last month. I suspect he knows something about an upcoming financing.
