Why is Mr. Disbrow the only insider buying? You would think other insiders would be buying as well if the Q4 and year end results are to beat the street.  Just asking.

Disbrow is not involved in the management of the company and is considered a insider because his company owns debt and about 40 mil shares. When he buys or sells shares it's usually for his clients . The real insiders have traded very little in shares the past years. If you look back it was Disbrow's clients who sold all the way up from .30 to .90 and are buying now at higher prices. As
