at this point every ng producer needs to keep pumpin and ripping.

People should care ! Off the cliff pine cliff is in trouble . There is roughly 12 years of cap ex and 700 or 800 million into a company that makes no profit .... Run and hide in Peyto or Atha .. run

Common sense rules with this company Kavern. Yeah they budget 7 million for ARO so what? That would be less than two cardium wells for your fave yangarra. Pne also earns 5-6 million processing gas for other prodcers.  How many wells does YGR need to drill to match decline rates? 20?  Pinecliff can wait out low prices and turn the dtills in October. Or next February. And barely feel the ...more

What do you mean 7m aro is a so 'what type' capital expenditure? pne cash provided from operating statements was 9.52m in q1 2024...do think this will be higher in q2 for Pne?  how exactly will be can it be different than this result with spot aeco lower in April and may so far and how would Pne q2 liquids production be higher than q1.... this is question that you need to answer ...more

They can defer the spending. The divy drops to under 5 million per quarter, work overs and maintenance get pushed out a few months. the 5000 barrels of liquids should be enough to run the company.  There will be higher cash flow from oil in Q2 even as gas drops  Increased total  hedge book going into summer.  I think we are in the middle of the worst of it,but if the ...more

Canadian gas production is staying high as the large companies still have large capex budgets for the production they can add and dollars from the capital budgets that they have. Crescent point is hitting wells that do 100k barrels  of oil in like 4-5 months but also associated ng up by gp. Going to drill hard as long as oil is over 90 cad and it is well past that.

At some point they have an egress problem. This is the aggravating part of LNG - the chicken and egg.  Get gas production up to fill facilities, bottlenecks ruin pricing or cause a shortage.  I wonder how much gas PNE is directing into Montana right now. Montana gas is probably indexed to a different hub.  The one thing they haven't spent much effort on is marketing the gas. ...more
