I'm hoping we get into the mid $4 to $5 in the next few months. Like oil seems to be somewhat stabilizing and gas always is fluctuating alot but pou gets in that range it will be out of the reach of douchebags looking to trade something to make a quick buck. Once those clowns are gone it's down to honest investors who see long term potential. I see $50 to $55 per barrel potential by the ...more

Rob - the battle today was at $3.42.  Peters appeared to be a backstop at that price. Alot  of call option action today as well. We can be $4 tomorrow assuming oil catches a bid. Stay long but be a buyer in the $3.30-$3.45 range. Won't see these prices again.

Lurking in the background with Paramount is optionality for which it gets no value. At a moment's notice, a non-core asset disposition of $50-500m; a royalty deal of $50-200m; Strathcona payment of $65-85m; sale of Nva shares etc could send Pou to $5 in a heartbeat. Add higher condensate prices to that mix and Paramount is explosive.  I keep trolling the shorts because I have a score to ...more
