Exactly, my caculation have POU trading at 2.40 more the VII generations just based on production.  Pou land base is amazing and is given no value, until a sale happens. POU has a premium resource under their feet. IMHO

Unfortunately, on a down day, but POU is as of now higher than VII. 5.94 over $5.82. Divergence should increse on a reversal trend to the upside.

Agreed. Peters crossed 70000 at $6. Not many sellers left. Boom.

First close above VII by 8 cents, on its' way to $2.40 higher in the next short while.
