NVA stock has now doubled from the 61 cents POU purchased it for. 

I am sure that Waterous is sitting there having a heart attack about what they are going to have to pay our POU, the origional evaluation way 170 million, they gave us 45 million, any guesses regarding what the outstanding 125 million will be settled at.

Hard to say as I really don't have a clue how these things get settled. Who do judges and arbitrators favour in similiar situations? I would like to know when it could be settled, from what I know of the court system, could it take years though stalling tactics? Or is the process well under way looking to be settled in the next few months. As well, assuming we win, is Waterous liquid to pay

Its is becoming a good enviroment to ask for your money back, i think Waterous does not want this lawsuit hanging over its fund, may look bad. IMHO

Of course, let's hope they have $100m plus in liquidity to hand over. Believe me, I am long and strong POU, just being conservative. Sorta like your $7.00 end of week, I think you made a typo and meant $8.00 lol.
