Ovintiv Inc. has released its fourth quarter and full-year 2020 financial and operating results. The company has signed an agreement to sell its Duvernay assets, disclosed its year-end 2020 proved reserves and provided a strong 2021 outlook.

OVV recieved $263 million.

My guess is PetroChina which was a joint venture partner in the Duvernay.
