Clearwater - World Class Resource - World Class Economics

Clearwater

POU is quietly trying to keep the lid on this one, however its not working the play is simply moving to fast, and the flood gates are about to bust open.

If you talk to management, they simply say clear water is in its early days, it is an emerging play, however if you peek under the covers there are 3 geologists feverously mapping the play, participating in land sales, winning the land sales that are strategic to them, while allowing other peoples money to develop out the play area with smaller parcels they declined to bid on. They have left some scraps for the scavengers. (A Christian thing to do)

This is the kind of high stakes poker game, JR is playing, if you ever see him take his sunglasses off you might get a glimpse of the real objectives he is pursuing.

All the chips are In, that is the way the Riddel Family plays the game, and Clearwater is front and center the current hand that he is playing but he won’t tell anyone, even his mother. JR’s cards already looks like a royal flush. However, you do not see it on their POU’s top play list, buts it is there just written in invisible ink.

Cavalier Land have been paying 2.5 million annually for some time now, the keep this prized clearwater asset under wrap is royalty and lease hold fees.

Peters and Co, rates Clearwater and the Top play in North America for well Paybacks – (None Better) This may be why they rate Paramount as the #1 oil and gas pick.

How do you protect the Clear Water asset from speculators, you purchase a few more convertible debentures, you clean off the balance sheet, you reinstate the NCIB. The Riddell’s have position themselves to tighten your control on Paramount.

Peter and Co determine Clear Water wells as the Fastest Paying back wells in North America

It is early days for POU, and this stock is a gold mine, we will be $20 dollars by the end of the year, but the upside potential of this stock is unlimited. The only risk it that the Riddels may take it private. This is a $50 dollar stock, and POU moment in time has come.

Investors like Raymond and myself have been holding for years, now we are about to get the big payoff.

IMHO

It has been a grind Honeypot over the last five years. Unbelievable really the depths from which we came but the promise land is 12 months away.

I’ve been a shareholder since Jan 2016 and agree the ride has been a little like a rollercoaster.  I however don’t equate volatility with risk.  We’ve been cash poor at times but always asset rich. The divvy was announced sooner than I expected but much welcomed.  I also believe the dividend will double by the time Wapiti is running at capacity.  As to where ...more

Myhoneypot.I share your feelings on the clearwater.Great play in early stage of developement. But I must be missing somthing.Perpetual a POU and family company is starting a drill program on a small piece of property next to hwx and Deltastream. When you talk about POU and clearwater potential are you referring to recent land sales which may be POU.Other than that dont see how POU is a player.Would ...more

Benny i don't want to disclose everything i know, because i need to keep some things in confidence and be trust worthy, however this is what is written on Slide 21, or the corporate presentation. Wholly owned by Paramount • Cavalier Energy’s lands are prospective for insitu thermal oil recovery and heavy oil • 1.354 million gross acres of land located primarily in the Athabasca and Peace ...more

Thanks for all that.I know there were some big bonus paid on land sales in april in what the presentation calls the gift area. Then there is baytex with some great stuff at peavine.Pou should do well with their land  positions in the area.I agree with you on looking at the Pelican lake anology.Spur like them is doing a polymer flood at nipsis. It will take some time to get a read on weather it ...more

they are not a player in Clearwater. but it's so much better to pretend they are.
Comment by MyHoneyPot on Jul 20, 2021 9:39pm
Wrong, they are big there but it depends what company you are working under, especially if you know how to buy land, you are right pou is an asset company. Who have the very best assets, in the entire energy industry. Cash is pouring out of Watipi and Karr and they are a cash machine.  POU is the cheapest stock in the entire industry. IMHO
Comment by uncutgems on Jul 21, 2021 12:36pm
let me get the facts out to the board. because you won't get them here. the word clearwater appears ONE TIME in the latest POO presentation. It appears that they have some clearwater rights. here is what they say. As you can see, they are in a subsidiary. They are nowhere close to being drilled. And it's THERMAL HEAVY OIL. The clearwater play that is sooo  hot right now is LIGHT OIL ...more

I am sorry, but POU has had as many as seven geologists mapping clear water for quite some time all on trend, and have been buying land at landsales and leaving a few table crumbs for the peasants, In fact JR's  sister just raised a bunch of money on clearwater and essentially made the perpetual ship whole again.  I am sorry your are likely very wrong, and i can't really talk ...more

yes the vast majority of the 2m acres is moose pasture.
Comment by Robertboblaw on Jul 21, 2021 4:24pm
To be fair those oilsands leases are complimentary assets at best I agree uncutgems. They're only speculative leases and if they were truly valuable in 2014 they would have found a buyer for them as they were heavily shopping them. They might have some value but only in a >$100 sustained oil environment. As of now, they are complimentary at best. Doesn't hurt to have them in our back ...more

thanks. it needed to be said.

Uncut - not sure what you are so upset about. Are you a pou shareholder? Cavalier has over 1m acres in the Clearwater that once belonged to the Koch brothers. There is no value currently being factored into our share price as a result of our interest in Cavalier.

i agree with you. it has value in a high oil price environment. I think what is bothersome is that much misinformation is put out there on this board. this has always been true. as of now pou has no disclosed position in the clearwater oil trend. if that changes I will be the first to admit it.

Uncircumcised seems upset. Why else would he call Paramount POO? Phonetically it's more like POW (right in the kisser!)
Comment by Raymondjames on Jul 22, 2021 5:02pm
Rookie - pou is worth $25 without Clearwater. $40 with it it.

Wth happened to my post? Anyways, Raymond, you really ascribe that much value into clearwater? Those are the leases JR hot from the Koch Brothers, correct? I know fa about oil sands stuff but perhaps you guys are right. GLTA

robert don't doubt yourself. they will try to tell you it's 80 degrees and sunny and you look outside and it's dark and the moon is full. don't doubt your own sanity. it's hard on this board.

RJ, I'm quite sure of that. I'm just calling out the trolls!
