Special Dividend?

RJ, I've heard you mention a special dividend a few times. Can you clarify why you or anyone might be thinking this is in the works? What would you guess the value to be if you could peg it?

in other news, I seem to have been blocked by the uncircumcised one. Not seeing any of their posts now, is this something we can do, block people? Again forgive my ignorance if this is a simple thing.

Rbc has issued a new report suggesting pou will have approximately $360m fcf per share in 2022. Debt to cash flow of .4. Dividend to be increased to .36. All estimates but hard to believe rbc (read conservative) would go out on a limb on that. Special has always been discussed by pou. If $3 fcf per share, I'd say $.50 to $1.

Before uncut gets on me, I meant to type $360m fcf. Not per share. But after buybacks etc, we are close to $3 fcfps.
