Bearish chart?

Did anyone else look at the chart? It went below the 50 dma on a big red candle with good volume.  I don't know if it's due to quad witching or not but if this was a tech stock usually it means more downside

You can't use charts on this company. If idiots sell just keep buying. What's the chart tell you $1.20+ and likely another $2-3 is worth. My math gives me $48-60 on a 4-5-% yield.

Nothing going on at pou except debt free and divvys coming. This is another opportunity to buy more which I'm doing in the options market.

Recession fears (overplayed) and margin calls in other sectors forcing some investors out of the trade of the decade. Now I know you brilliant investors will think I've lost in this drop because I should have sold at $40... blah blah. The game is only in the third inning and I'm up by 140 runs. Looking for another 140 runs by the end of the game.

And I'm a buyer in the $30s all day long. 65% return by January 2023 I can live with.

Good luck to the shorts in July. Keep it coming.
Comment by GotNoName on Jun 21, 2022 4:45pm
Im not short just sitting on good unrealized profits and was worried this correction could get worse
Comment by Raymondjames on Jun 21, 2022 6:02pm
The correction could get worse for companies with poor balance sheets and ridiculous multiples.  Pou is dirt cheap in comparison and dividends will (not may) increase.
Comment by Vince64 on Jun 21, 2022 6:02pm
Methinks Raymondjames mentions July for a specific reason. The existing monthly dividend alone is compelling. I purchased 1000 shares of another O&G name on a lark and recieved $8.00 dividend last month. Wooohooo!!

Vince - I said July in the last post because it will be clear to everyone that an increase is coming soon or has been announced. Net debt of less than 300m means excess fcf is coming to shareholders. I think it can be as high as $4 per share.
