12% of POU value is in NVA shares
Every POU share has rougly $3.75 worth of NVA attached to it.
There is also about another 15 million or 10 cent a share in other Public stock.
There is about another 75 cents a share (My guess) in private companies.
Add 50 cents a share for the drilling rigs.
So if you think $5.10 a share in equities/stuff on the balance sheet, not including plant or land.
That make the enterprise value of POU below 4 billion dollars, or below in fact considering that NVA has a bond for 230 million dollars. The valuation of POU is almost the same as NVA with significantly more production and assets, not a lot of difference here, with a ton of undeveloped properties, and a ton of clearwater land.
POU is simply to cheap, and NVA is going to start buying back share in 2023 that will increase their share value that may be the exit point for POU's holding.
IMHO
