Special Dividends in the Future - Threshold has been met!

POU has made it well know to shareholder that its debt it below the target threshold of 300 million. The sale of an asset in Q4 brought their debt Pro Forma to be 285 million.

In Q4 POU will likely have in the neighborhood of 150 million in FCF. That would bring their cash balance sheet debt down to 135 million/(year end) debt.

So now that the threshold has been met and exceeded for debt reduction, this could mean some of those delicious special dividends in the near future.

Don't forget that POU likely has north of 700 million of assets on its balance sheet so really on a net net bases they already are debt free.

In 2023 POU should have  FCF of more than 600 million dollars, if they don't pay out a Special dividend in the first quarter will mean they have Zero debt and 700 million worth of assets on the balance sheet.

POU is now well positioned to become a Cash Cow, it should be trading at $40 dollars currently to cheap, buying opportunity.

Comical cartoon. With regards to special dividends in general, can they be announced at any time or are they typically reserved for quarter ends?
