In the news again

The government pipeline got some ink again today. This time from Reuters. 
I won't go into the details, but is POU in any way affected by the pipeline situation or do they aggregate the oil with other producers. Anybody have an answer?
In other words, who buys POU's oil?

Pou has a 50/50 split of condensate and nat gas. There is a shortage of  Cdn  condensate.  We are fine.
