will finish the year in the high 40 + Bet a $5 that we can get a dividend increase announcement next week. it's usually every 12 months...

I'll take that bet :)   Banks and insurers are still prohibited from increasing dividends.  Hence why it was not inreased earlier this year.  It is likely still a few months away but it will happen once the restrictions are lifted.
