Where oh where have all the posters gone? I'm missing them. I can't have all of them on ignore! We're 5 days into 2022 and I'm missing the input that I enjoy seeing on this board. Still wish we had taken IPL over instead of letting Brookfield relish over their gain. However, it's just a matter of time before we're bumping into the $50 mark. GLTA longs!

Wow...someone is alive on PPL forum. I was beginning to give up here. I thought PPL was a graveyard lol.  $50? I'm hoping we can blow by $40 + nevermind $50. It seems to have stalled.

  I've found many boards have been quieter than usual since the week before Xmas, might be due to lack of news coming out so less stuff to discuss. I also notice larger companies that move slowly tend to be quieter than small ones that everyone has an different opinion on unless there is news. BCE, CNR and others tend to be rather silent for periods with half the msgs being from the

Well said and I too have noticed other company forums a bit quieter so far. As for PPL shares.....I hope these shares don't stagnate like Manulife shares, for example,  where over 10 yrs the shares have gone nowhere.

  Yea usually with my blue chip investments I go in with the idea that the payout will grow 5-10% per year and the normal price action will follow that in some way. (most of the time it preceeds it as everyone knows when a regular grower increases like BCE will announce about 6% increase this week or next, CNR will follow with around 10-12% in a few weeks) Beyond that normal price action I
