could not even increase a full penny with the KKR deal.

.0075c, why did they not just make it a penny.

Technically they haven't made this increase official yet, they just announced intension due to the transaction...  I too am holding out hope that they will top out the extra quarter penny and make it a clean cent... but they likely look at it from a yearly bases and that 0.0075 does = a clean 9 cents for the year which is a 3.4% increase... still underwhelming...

Dividend increase was small as they are using the excess funds from the deal to repurchase shares.
