Rumours

I am hearing some chatter that a consortium of Indigenous tribes in AL & SASK,  Natural Law Energy, is trying to partner with PPL to go after Trans Mountain Pipeline.
Anyone has  concrete info?

NLAW is in talks and want to team up with PPL to buy out Trudusch Trans Mtn. They are trying to finance their portion as it going to be a hefty price tag at around 13 billion total. All First Nations are on board.
