Glass Lewis is a short term thinker or in bed with Brookfield. Short term the cash is good. What are you going to do with it? Buy PPL . Dumb.   If you’re a long term investor looking for a very nice dividend and growth then don't listen to Lewis. The synergies alone will make PPL rock plus the Div increases by 1 cent. So the questions is - how many shareholder are dumb to listen to Glass ...more

I would not doubt that Glass Lewis was paid by Brookfield to put on another spin. If Brookfiend wins, Ipl shareholders are screwd. They have an history of selling key sector components of every deal they buy. IMHO
