It's probably infered from the G&M article.  Inter Pipeline Ltd    is abandoning its friendly merger with Pembina Pipeline Corp. but has chosen not to immediately support a rival hostile bid from Brookfield Infrastructure, even though no other offers are on the table. PPL was interested in certain assets - that's quite different from specifically saying they were interested in Heartland but when a person just calls others names instead of stating a reason, that's an ignorant person  anyway, good for the ignore feature

Haha you mean it will be nationalized via tax / govt money funding FN Mafia LOL. JT Adolf Stalin doing a great job os Nationalizing O& G right under Captive Canadians noses and they have no clue. I am so happy I shifted all business to TX and MX in 2019 pay zero taxes to fund communist and entitled Canadians, and thrilled to have EU passport in hand.
