All stock deal.. $36-$39.. 20-30% premium.

Integrate the assets, the resources and grow..

Pembina is pretty void of real projects, the Haisla one is so far away and that will be 'all spend' for many many years..

So what's gonna provide an injection of FCF ?   Only an acquistion..

Maybe, but wouldn't be better to do it when the crude price is not  this high? Pembina should follow Brookfield's example in the IPL - BIPC takeover, I think.
