KKR - Dividend increase coming

KKR :

Closing is expected to occur in the third quarter of 2022. In connection with closing of the transaction, and subject to approval and declaration by its Board of Directors,

Pembina also intends to increase its common share dividend upon closing by 
$0.0075 per share per month, or 3.6 percent.

The increase, if implemented, would reflect the expected immediate cash flow  
accretion from creation of the joint venture.
