Solid report...

Year over year solid numbers, cash flow increase etc etc, and yet no dividend increase?? Thought for sure we'd get an increase in the divy. Wonder what was the reasoning behind no increase?

Read the report it states as soon as the newco transaction  with kkr is closed the dividend will be raised 3.6%  (.0075)

I mainly looked at the balance sheet section then I kind of scan read it. Obviously, I missed that part :)  Thank you for clarifying it.
