QMX holdings

Does PRB not have a 11% holding in QMX? Eldorado has put a bid in for QMX. Will PRB sell their holdings or will they put a bid in for QMX?

My guess is they sell the stake it QMX.  $4.2 million Canadian would be nice to add to the treasury.
