I look at other buyouts most companies have 350 million outstanding shares or more so dilution forces a buyout in around the dollar range. PRB dilution is not evident "yet" Well, depends on the spinout ? I would take 3 preferably 3.50 to 4.00 bucks with a 4 for 1 in shares of new PRB Gold plus cash ... spinout all of Val Dor assets including Cadillac Break ... which could be ...more
