PRB is trading in the market with full "hands on algos". A market maker is and has controlled of the trading and price of PRB for sometime now in my strong view.  One only needs to place an order to see the front running and the fills/sells to follow.  This in my experience, is not new to PRB.  When the stock drifted down to the .60's or so it was the MM that at that time was filling the orders he/she desired.  Remember the insiders here...the big toe got filled at the "exact bottom along with others!!  They have not purchased another share since.  This is not unique to PRB and the good news is that PRB launched after that.  Just my view but I know what I know to be true.  JMO glta

Really interesting and insightful post.  Thanks!  Can you explain what you mean by "hands on algos"?  I googled it and couldn't figure it out. I've owned Probe since 2008 and went through the goldcorp buyout. My recollection was that the powers that be would sell 100 share lots over and over to suppress the price of the stock in order to ensure that they could pay

Interesting.  Thanks for taking the time to educate!  I personally don't know that much about it; but your explanation certainly jives with what I've seen elsewhere.   I really miss the great posts we used to get on here that did deep dives into analysis of PRB and potential buyout scenarios etc.   Prior to the previous buyout, there was a lot of that.
