Fewer buyers in the open market if Dave feeds them more shares   The stock tells the story Investors DON'T like it and Dave needs more money for his fat salary.  By far the worst gold stock sorry metal stock on the globe.

RH, this was a great deal! Now have $50mio in treasury to advance drilling program at a faster pace. I'm guessing we will start seeing hole results early and often.
