Well, I agree with that.  Doing a little research and math 5-6% of in-situ value will yield about 16-20 million.  So maybe since there is limited overburden on Probes land and it's high and dry.   Might be in the works.  Road completion is supposed to be late 2026 early 2027.  Permitting 2-3 years .... should buy the land now to ensure permit is inclusive.  And
