Love the acquistion!  Adding over 735,000 ounces of higher grade gold with great potential for more is fantastic! 

We inquired with Seema about the details.  Her responese is below:

In the context of an insolvency sale process, the purchase price is disclosed only once the transaction is approved by the court and the closing has occurred. The court date has been set for March 8th, 2024.
 
All financial details will be provided in the closing press release.
