For thos of you who are large holders or insitituions, has anyone from the company or IR reached out to anyone to buy any of these blocks? Feels like this would be a time for them to shut this group up and step up.

Pretty straight forward.  Typically, institutional investors prefer a sweetener .... at least FT shares plus a warrant option etc.   when Dave P gets a decent financing with FT shares then that investment house has to sell it to there managed money folks.  Most often the pool of investors is too large in the fund to realize a significant tax benefit for one individual.  I
