I think some posters here have facts wrong....these so called " old boys clubs" may exist,however that has zero to do with the possibility of a takeover.Should a company try to take out PRB it HAS  to be disclosed.Old boys mean nothing.
So far there's no attempts to do this,however it doesn't mean that another company isn't contemplating a takeover.There are games being played here,and at a little over a buck a share it's easy to do.The share price dropping on low volume for the last months and then suddenly we have good volume and a decent jump in price almost proves it.Theres value here,and although long term holders have suffered,there is hope.As long as drilling grades are good,and gold stays high,PRB could very we be targeted.

I would suggest himmler they you review the volumes 3 months prior to the last takeover ... you will see low and high volume days ...  interspersed... if it's eldorado well I think that would be best or Agnico ... but they too will be waiting for permitting.  It's all good I would suggest $1.60-&1.80 range then a premium to 3 bucks and a kicker for an offer ...maybe a 4 or 5
