What's special with $1.69?

Not too long ago it only took 1000 shares to move the price. This looks artificial to me.Looks like the seller and the buyer have an agreement. Any comments?

Yeah, well if I had Level 2 I could look at the buy sell houses. Usually a cross is arranged when someone wants out and it's a single large volume same house to same house. Maybe 3 dollar buyout ? I am not on the buy side so I am not paying attention to the ask. I have seen front running when stocks are going up. Frustrating! Is PRB sold ? Hmmm I wonder. ...more
