“Fill- The-Mill”

This was one  of the comments made by the CEO of Agnico

Eagle on the proposed acquisition of O3 Mining.

Yep the cat is out of the bag.

Transaction is a all cash offer representing a premium

of 58%.

Twenty two percent of O3 shareholders have agreed to lock-up agreements with AEM including
certain Franklin Templeton managed funds.
Franklin Templeton is a large shareholder of Probe Gold ,according to Probe's presentation.

AEM's CEO commented in their PR

" Consistent with our regional strategy, this transaction

is a tuck-in of the Marvin deposit to our Canadian Malartic complex. The Marbin deposit is expected
to be complementary to other "Fill-the-Mill"
opportunities at Canadian Malartic...."

Will Probe Gold be next in line to feed this hungry
"800lb gorilla" ?

Yes, it probably will be. Just hope it is not for another year.  It would be hugely disappointing to get bought out at a similar premium when we all know it is worth so much more.  I am confident Dave will fend off and lowball offers.  Please don't bring anything under $4 to a vote.  It would take $5 to get me on board    Best, JM.

I  good with 4-5 too.  Essentially, PRB is about 90 km away Malartic !  PRB isnt mining yet so value will reflect accordingly.  03 has lots of other small deposits .... i think AEM will raffle them off to pay for the acquisition. if you look at 03 price history you will realize very few  retail investors made any money in fact i am guessing ... about 60% + lost money ...more

Agreed, one quick look at the 03 board shows a majority of shareholders are not happy.
