Share price swings

Wonder how much volatility over the last few days was driven by people who got in at the bought deal price of $27.50 and are selling after more than 30% gains in a short period of time.  i'd be buying more if it ever got to low $30's again

I've never seen a placement contract but i would think that if an institution is buying significant shares then there would be some sort of hold period.  i was just curious if there was anything behind the steep sell off on relatively high volume over the past few days
