whats your thoughts on PRV price these days
I was flying high 2 weeks ago and now terrible Is there bad news coming on the latest financials posible?? anyone have a opinion or thought on it?

All reits came down alot. I think they were sold and shorted coming into the inflation report and to reflect lesser rate decreases. I dont think its specific to Prv.

I have others that have done much better than PRV ;;it really started to slide when the news annoucing the financial release dates I went from plus $3500 to -$2600 in 7 days 65000 short in january 64500 short in febuary so no increase at all

Is it possible that it went up nicely since the lows and people are protecting their gains? All reits went down. Do you think there is risk in the upcoming earnings? They have been stable for awhile, but if you see any red flags, what are they?

rents went down>> lol since when commercial rents are usually 3-5 years plus

Read more carefully, reits went down, not rents. Talking about a general sagging of all reits the past month.

yup most people realize that not sure why this guy did not (rents) but PRV went down at lot more than my BTB etc

2023 and 2024 lease renewals have been at substantial spreads over expiring leases. (43% and 29% respectively). Also noted a 100,000sf vacancy was filled on Oct. 1,2023. All things point to a robust Q4 and full year 2023 financial report.

I sold 1/2 I dont trust a stock when I see a constant errosian of the SP daily shall wait till releses day and see whats up

With 100,000 sf vacancy filled from October 1st, this quarter would be excellent results.
