Boy this board sure got quite.

Stock falling slowley, I wonder if a financing is coming up.

What do fellow investors see in the crystal ball, anyone to comment.

The image in the crystal ball is blurry and dark, as if the weeks ahead will bring PRX through uncertainty swamps and cobwebs of doubt.  Its share price will descend and perhaps descend more because of financing and share dilution.  Then, as 6-months results approach, renewed interest will dissolve the blur, turning it into expectation.  I expect to buy back into it around the ...more

I feel squeezing pressure, its a nasty game there in now. smart money would wait for financing and then accumilate.  what is the financing going to be done at, anyones guess right now. the sooner the better.

Bioboy, let me do a little thinking out loud.Unfortunately a financing is looking less and less likely imo.  To fund Phase 3 will require at least $10 million - more likely $12 - $15 million.Unless PRX can pull the share price up they would be lucky to get .50 per share based on current trading...that would be at least a 20% dilution.To get the SP up, they need to get the full data out from ...more
