For what it is worth I was told yesterday that unofficially there is 30 million in place for phase three testing and that a very large company is behind it and that the announcement will be forth coming. Additionally I was advised to hold on to my shares for awhile longer and I wouldn't be disappointed.

Exactly what we need. 30 million bucks in dilution at  30 cents per share. thank god we nearly have the money!!!

i have also heard the same thing. I was also told there is money there for getting onto a US exchange

Thanks, I was beginning to feel that maybe I was really out of place. Very good to have some other confirmation. I was trying to "bottom feed" without success. That is good too!!

I hope its a deal with big Pharma and not a equity raise thus more dilution, which would really be bad fro us long term shareholders.

Gotta love it when the company cannot keep a deal under wraps. To me it sounds like Beesley and crew is telling all their buddies about the deal they have. To me it must be a typical Protox deal where the shareholders get it up the arse. Otherwise all the buddies of the insiders would be buying lots.

...and here I thought I was  his friend; guess he hasn't worked his waaaaaay to "Z" on his rolodex.  I'll just have to change my name.Seriously though, it is highly unlikely that any deal will be done prior to the end of P2 meeting with the FDA as this will establish the parameters for P3.  Does anyone know if this meeting has taken place?

If the meeting has taken place and it was positive there would have to be a news release that PRX302 has been approved for P3 trials as this is material.If it was not approved, this would also need to be communicated because it too is material.I'll revise my question: Does anyone know when the end of P2 meeting is scheduled?
