With the volume increase and the slight upward movement in price, somebody at Protox is telling tales out of school. There has been rumors for months they have a big deal about to happen. Months are over and it is only days away now.

Buy up now or miss the ride up..

Nope. Part of the rumor is they are going to do the phase 2 trials again but with some new twist. With pills, bigger needle, younger victims, older victims, different Doctors or your guess is as good as mine.No one really knows before they do a news release.Cheers

That doent make any sense, the stock  repeat of phase 2 !Phase 3 should be next and would encompass all of the mentioned.IND would be a big milestone but not enough to move stock. what we need is big pharma to partner up. for the stock to move up.Its still a holding pattern untill Q1 next year.

You are propably right on the timing - if there was a big pharma in the mix now, as Ultra suggests, then they would want to have a say in the design of Phase 3 and that would come out of the end of Phase 2 meetings with the FDA and EU - which can only happen once the IND is in hand.  As I understand it, there is a regulatory requirement for FDA to respond to an IND submission within 30 - 45
