1st to report Q3 results..divi doubles!!

quarterly dividend doubled to 24 cents , annualized now 96 cents-cashflow down due to lower oil/gas prices in Q3..EPS inline with estimates. see what the market thinks tomorrow..dwdc

Bloomberg reported it as dividends doubling but Q3 missed on profit and earnings.

I haven't read the report. But the first thing that pops to mind is can they afford to double the dividend when they missed on profit and earnings?

Missed on Profit and earnings? These were estimated numbers, askew too high ? I'm happy with  Double Dividends for the future. glta
