PSLV purchased 1,000,000 onces of Ag on Monday

Since January 28th, PSLV added 10,351,318 ounces of silver bullion. That's an increase of 11.5% in the amount of silver bullion since that date.

With todays increase in the price of PSLV, it looks like the PSLV train left the station and will not be stopable.
