Insider Buy = 1,000,000 shares

Looks like an insider acquired 1,000,000 shares on the open market Thursday.

I'd say thats a bullish sign. Time to nibble at some more shares at these levels ahead of an uplist.

Good times.

Just some of my thoughts.

Assuming the pattern of trading in a narrow band for the last month is continued until the split, I anticpate that the value of each share at the start will be $1.68, i.e. four times the value of each current share at today's closing price. Where it goes from there is anybody's guess. It will be interesting to see if the pattern is broken before then but I'd be surprised if it is.

Is it not fairly normal for share price to decrese after a reverse split?  Isnt a reverse split normally used to dilute shares?  Is there anything on WHY they are doing a reverse split?

Perhaps spend a quick minute and so some real DD instead of getting a message board to spoon feed you. Better yet it may be a wise investment strategy to keep whatever money you have in your pocket until you can understand what an R/S is, what the implications are and why it has been proposed in conjunction with an uplist. Good luck.

Thank you for the ignorant comment. I am new and learning..... and asking a very valid question.  I am not pumping nor am I bashing.... If you dont like my question you dont have to ANSWER.

Olimpus: You've come to the worst place to ask questions about this stock/company.  This board is inhabited by ignorant voracious bulls who interpret every legitimate question as an attack on the company and their own limited intelligence.  Worthless.

I think olimpus should go back 40-50 posts and read them one by one...the best way to do his own DD. It really is a pain when a newbie comes on expecting to have others answer his questions??? Do you own Due dilligence..inform yourself and then ask question that merit a response if not kiss your money good-bye

Turbo:  Do you know if Torrent is still a shareholder?  TSX-V makes it difficult to confirm. Thanks.
