Insider sells

Anyone else noticed the daily insider sells over the past week? Not huge amounts - yesterday's sell was a mere 700, the previous ones in the low thousands. Prior to that, of course, were the almost daily buybacks, whcih stopped at the same time that the sells started. I don't think it's a big deal - I hope not anyway. Let the trend reverse itself again. No evidence yet as to who the sellers are (or seller is). Maybe an outside large shareholder who needs to finance something else? We'll find out soon enough.

hummm,,,it is odd that Canadian Insider has no notice of any selling as of late. But insiders have finacial issues as well as any one else. And they use their own discretion as to when they sell or buy......lots of insider sells happen when the share price is low and a few weeks or months later the same share price is in top bullish mode,,,insiders cannot speak for any other buy or sell entity

I agree, it is odd. Especially considering that the info I got was from INK Research's daily Morning Insider available on TD Waterhouse, the same INK Research which runs the Canadian Insider website. And I agree with you about insiders selling for any number of reasons which usually have little to do with the company. The last time there was an issue here with unexplained insider transactions,
