Pivot Technology Solutions, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend

     

TORONTO, Oct. 31, 2018 /CNW/ - Pivot Technology Solutions, Inc. (TSX: PTG), ("Pivot"), a full-service information technology provider, today declared its quarterly cash dividend on the common shares of the Company in the amount of CAD $0.04 per share (an annualized amount of CAD $0.16 per share).

The dividend will be payable on November 27, 2018 to holders of record at the close of business on November 12, 2018.  The amount is unchanged from previous quarters and reflects an attractive dividend yield for Pivot's shareholders.

I wonder why they're paying the 4th quarter dividend a month earlier than in past years?

felix,,,, I think they paid out last years on the 15th of December,,so this year its a couple of weeks earlier,,,,,,,its just their Xmas spirit at PTG!!

It is 2 weeks earlier from our dividend distribution schedule. Perhaps the board wants to instill confidence and have delayed buy back of stock and instead approved an earlier dividend distribution. No cashflow worries here. We are stabilizing on sp and this news should hopefully calm some nervous shareholders. My TA shows a lower low on price and higher high in rsi. Good sign for a reversal soon.

A great move at the end of the month to communicate this to the investment community considering there was no NCIB or insider purchasing activity. With the Echelon analyst estimating ~18/19M? in EBITDA this year and $30M next year, dividend should be safe with this announcement. Other dividend stocks yield 3 - 4% so you do the math on the potential price appreciation which is in line with Echelon
