....Damn fools forgot to mention in the NR that cost savings per year will be huge. Good Morning, Smart Edge expenses were ~$5 million.  Pivot will make some incremental investments to enhance their deployment capabilities so the savings will not be the entire $5 million but it will result in an overall reduction in expenses.  Thanks  James Bowen <james.bowen@loderockadvisors ...more

I like what they did. Get money now and become the go-to company for deployment (referred by Intel) which will get them business.
