What will you do with the $$

So i'm happy and disappointed in this news.
I am up 40% after this sale at $2.6 but i'll miss the dividend / drip and don't know where to put my money to get the same type of value.

What's everyone planning on doing with the $$ from the transaction?

PS i too thnk this is too little. I was expecting a $3 minimum.
