Just curious to have your opinion guys. What will be the catalyst that will push the price up ? Dividend is great to collect but few % of capital appreciation would be great !

That would help I was thinking thinking more of a change in management, sell/buy a division ...

At the current share price, the dividend comes up to 6.7% and growing faster than inflation. That alone is enough to beat the market- long term. You add some sales and eps growth and you get something like a 10%+ total return, from a stable, well managed business.  I really don't need more than that to be happy. Agree , i’m more than fine with the dividend and the pace of increase ... just would like the share price to stop declining ! Most of their underlying asset are doing well ... I believe that a little more coverage and volume should help ! have a wonderful/wealthy 2019 !

It needed a jolt in the system not been working for years.. Management are content taking their salary and not being able to grow the company.. its one of the investment that the capital keep eroding in time .. Spin off some assets to actualize the real value..
