donot know just what to expect with the NEW structure One one hand it seems pretty straight-forward - common shareholdings get an extra $3 of value for no investment.  I don't remember hearing anything about a court battle, but institutionals have long complained abou tthe dual shareholding structure where family and insiders get more say and reward than commons and possibly even ...more
