Needed to say will buy back half shares OS in three years.

provided brent 90 or more. Instead they pivoted at the wrong time, as their 10% a year buy back wasn't being rewarded in market. Should have put metal to the floor on buy backs from 10 to 17% a year, instead of pissin away money on a 5% devidend--- which needless to say, has no effect as one would have to be clueless to hold a high risk colombian oil company for it's div yeild. I know we are small investors. but ...more

The thing is "only drawback is it's in Columbia" outweighs allllll those things if you can own a similar producer that's either CDN or US. The geopolitcal risk really can't be quantified (imagine if the gov just said, we're gonna nationalize oil production so we can stop it).  I have owned PXT in the past and am a fan. I'd agree this will go private, it's ...more
