Build CASH WAR Chest, Acquire using CASH, or issue PXT

Shares valuing them at $30+ per share in lieu of Cash.       I've been saying over and over to build a CASH WAR CHEST.

I've been around for a while, I've see so many ways how Shareholders have been basically robbed/taken advantage.
